Thank you for your interest in my services.
For the week beginning Monday, December 4, I am unable to accept new clients, however I may be able to accommodate a returning client, to meet in the office or virtually.
As the days shorten, the holiday lights are working hard to brighten spirits!
How courageous ... you're considering attending counselling or psychotherapy! I'm impressed.
I remember the first time I entered a therapy office, desperately seeking support for an unexpected crisis. From the moment I entered Michelle's office, the relief I felt was palpable. It was the beginning of a process I describe as "a coming home." Don't get me wrong, psychotherapy can be difficult and there were challenging times, however, I no longer felt alone on my journey. The journey that led me through a midlife career transition to my work as a psychotherapist ... a journey for which I am grateful.
There is no guarantee your experience in therapy will be as life changing as mine ... and I do know change is inevitable and that you can influence how your future unfolds.
My hope - should you choose to walk through my door - is that you will feel compassion, caring, curiosity, and connection as we walk together on your journey ... be it a short trip ... a trek ... or a grand expedition.
